# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Combine chicken pieces with 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and coated in sauce, approximately 6–8 minutes.
02 - Slice wonton wrappers into thin strips. Lightly coat with oil spray and place in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp, watching closely to prevent burning. Alternatively, bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through.
03 - Combine red cabbage, green cabbage, carrot, green onion, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, ginger, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat the vegetables.
04 - Evenly divide slaw between serving bowls. Top with teriyaki chicken, followed by crispy wonton strips.
05 - Drizzle with sweet chili sauce if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve immediately while the wontons remain crisp.
